As SVP of Sales Enablement, Allison works to maximize revenue across the organization with the end-to-end management of agreements. She leads her team in meeting and exceeding revenue goals, creating harmony across departments, refining sales and customer service processes to maximize value and bringing a customer-first mindset to every engagement.
In addition to her extensive sales and leadership experience, Alli is an amateur chef, adventurous eater, karaoke enthusiast and retired marathoner / soccer player.
As EVP, Revenue Operations, Laura is focused on Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement across VideoAmp’s fast growing Revenue Team. In this role, Laura is focused on revenue management, incentive structures, sales training and onboarding, operations, and sales leadership coaching and mentorship.
She has a passion for motivating, inspiring and growing high performing sales teams that continue to exceed goals beyond what was thought possible. She builds trust and powerful relationships across internal teams and external partners to drive the highest level of results.

As SVP of Design, Frank is responsible for honing VideoAmp's brand aesthetic and driving the company's core brand values across marketing, product, and sales. As a design leader he has a passion for blending inspired creativity with bleeding-edge technology.
As SVP of Finance & Strategy, Mehdi focuses on capital raises, M&A and corporate development support, along with providing actionable recommendations for VideoAmp's senior leadership and governance to optimize corporate value creation. Mehdi spent over a decade in Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Silicon Valley with Ernst & Young leading a variety of large-scale engagements ranging from IPOs, debt offerings and M&A advisory for private equity firms and Strategic buyers in the technology space.
Mehdi holds a Msc. and Bsc. in Management from Skema Business School in France and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
As SVP of Product, Laurent Colard, is focused on integrating the Elsy platform into VideoAmp's organization and leading a team that reduces latency and time-consuming manual operations for campaign managers, while also eliminating the disconnect of measurement from day-to-day decisioning.
Laurent Co-Founded and acted as CEO of Elsy, a media investment optimization platform, which was acquired by VideoAmp in 2022. He started the company in 2015 with a vision for a new approach to media planning through the systematic application of technology, data and algorithms for campaign management and optimization. Prior to founding Elsy, he led the global analytics function of GroupM.
As SVP of Business Development, Randy is responsible for building and managing partnerships throughout the industry to enhance VideoAmp’s data capabilities and platform products. Randy’s experience and relationships with data providers were key in driving the construction of VideoAmp’s industry leading commingled TV viewership dataset. Randy has significant experience in the design, development and operation of big data solutions and is an industry expert in the processing, cleansing and utilization of television viewership data in advertising platforms.
He studied Computer Science at Westfield State University and received his MBA from Boston College.
As EVP of Client Success, Kim ensures VideoAmp’s clients have the solutions, services and resources needed to find success in achieving their business goals. With nearly a decade of experience, she has honed her skills in developing innovative marketing strategies, empowering top talent and driving value for clients in an ever-changing industry. Kim has experience navigating acquisitions, developing high growth cross-screen sales strategies on a global scale and delivering exceptional results for clients across advertising and marketing technology.
Kim is an avid runner, University at Albany alum and art lover.
As SVP of Marketing Science, JP oversees the expansion of VideoAmp’s capabilities in multi-touch attribution and scenario planning. JP has extensive experience managing account teams as well as analytical and consulting teams for marketing analytics, market research and strategy consulting firms.
JP has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS Computer Science from the Engineering School at the Universidad de los Andes.
As EVP of Product and Data Science, Hari leads his team in the development of software solutions and services that revolutionize the way advertising is transacted, benefiting advertisers, content creators and consumers. Remaining constantly in-tune with the evolving TV viewership landscape, Hari and his team anticipate and decipher client and industry needs, creating products that fill in the gaps.
As SVP of Operations, Dylan works to create cross functional alignment on key items while making teams more efficient in their day-to-day operations. He strives to use data in a way that explains complex issues in a simple way to drive decision making within an organization. Through a combination of data and crowdsourcing, Dylan is able to identify core issues and creatively problem solve.
Dylan who is a day one Vamper, found his passion for leading and organizing teams in his high school sports days.
As SVP, National Agency Solutions, Jessica Pritchard empowers VideoAmp’s agency clients to break down the silos that exist within the traditional landscape of TV, Digital and OTT. Her proven track record of exceeding goals, growing and developing leaders, and simplifying complex strategies enables her a unique set of skills leveraged in an unwavering dedication to add value for internal and external stakeholders alike.
Jessica’s leadership philosophy is rooted in radical candor, caring personally while challenging directly to bring out each individual's strengths. With over 8 years of experience in the advertising industry, her passion lies in understanding the psychology of consumers and how advertisers can best connect with them.
Jessica is a former D1 gymnast at the College of William and Mary, where she received her B.S. in Business Marketing.
As Chief People Officer, Marisa is responsible for creating strategic talent plans to support the candidate process and employee lifecycle. Marisa is a strategic leader reimagining the workplace experience while aligning her organization's business purpose to each employee’s wildest ambitions. She is a certified Results-Based Coach from The NeuroLeadership Institute and has advanced certificates in strategic human capital and advanced organization design from The Center for Effective Organizations at USC.
Prior to a career in the People space, Marisa was a professional performer and vocalist. Marisa now lives with her growing family in Los Angeles.
As Chief Legal & Privacy Officer, Andy stays busy managing all of VideoAmp’s legal and privacy functions. He is responsible for helping the company’s world class sales and partnership professionals lead the convergence of TV and Digital advertising while maintaining the industry’s high standards of privacy. Andy has counseled media and technology companies for over 20 years and is recognized by the IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the United States.
Andy is the proud father of two (mostly) perfect daughters and currently resides with his wife in Marin County, California.
As President at VideoAmp, Michael is responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market strategy and creating a high-performance culture focused on successful customer outcomes. A proven leader, Michael has a track record of delivering exceptional results for advertisers within linear TV, digital media and marketing technology.
A Sydney native, Michael earned his BA at the University of Technology Sydney and now resides in the tri-state area with his family and two pugs.
As SVP of Marketing, Esther runs the product marketing, brand marketing and demand generation divisions dedicated to delivering meaningful and measurable value for clients using a data-first approach while driving strategic solutions that foster a bond of trust. Equal parts brand architect and tactician, she builds confidence across disciplines and translates needs into opportunities.
Esther has overseen several M&As, corporate rebrand initiatives and conversion of top tier brands to enterprise platform clients at a global scale over her 10 years of experience. She is a certified ScrumMaster, operating from a principle of servant leadership whose focus is on the needs of the team and those they serve.
Esther received her B.S. in Marketing, Specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University.
As Chief Financial Officer and VideoAmp Board Member, Paul oversees the exponential growth and scaling of VideoAmp's business. A legendary financial leader in the ad tech industry, Paul has led both private and public companies through hyper-growth, mergers and acquisitions and IPO, bringing extensive expertise to the position.
As Founder & CEO, Ross McCray manifests the company’s mission by ensuring VideoAmp always maintains a performance oriented culture that runs at higher velocities, with higher standards than most. He relentlessly looks for and exploits every opportunity possible to remove slack in the system by expecting higher quality outcomes, stepping up the pace and growing people out of their comfort zone.
As Chief Measurability Officer, Josh boasts over 30 years of market research and audience measurement experience. Josh brings his expertise in audience measurement to the role with a focus on cross-screen measurability and its influence on advertising’s ever-evolving landscape. Josh serves as President of the Media Research Council and was the recipient of the esteemed Erwin Ephron Award in 2020.
When not focusing on advertising, Josh is a gold and platinum record holder with his liner notes for the Allman Brothers Band's 2004 DVD, “Live From the Beacon Theater,” earning him the honor with the Recording Industry Association of America.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Nick leads VideoAmp’s industry partnership efforts, as well as its corporate and development strategy. Experienced with start-ups and behemoths alike, Nick has a proven track record of delivering exceptional value to both clients and partners. A true veteran in the space, Nick sits on the IAB’s Advanced TV Committee.
